COVID 19 & HYGIENE PRACTICES
Once again, we appreciate your constant patience with us and the current pandemic situation. All body butters are made with love and Extra hygiene practices to ensure it meets the COVID 19 requirements. Be rest assured, all jars are disinfected before placed in the box of shipment. MY BUTTER MELTED?
Shea butter melts at room temperature. If this happens or your butter comes melted, not to worry just place it in the refrigerator or freezer for 30 mins and it should be as good as new. Do not worry the nourishment remains either way.
RETURNS & REFUNDS

Roxanne's Essentials does NOT offer refunds but we will be happy to replace damaged products caused by courier services. Please send a photo of the damaged item to @roxannesessentials@gmail.com or any of our social media platforms within 24 hours of receipt and a member of our team will process your case.
ALLERGIES
One of our major ingredients are Nutmeg and Almond oil which we infused into the mixture to rejuvenate and nourish the skin. The History
The business was created in 2016, it began by selling raw shea butter. As the founder discovered the benefits of shea butter and how it was misportrayed in the beauty industry. The product was tested in Nigeria amongst family and friends.
In 2017, the business incorporated carrier oils and pounding manufacturing method to create moisturizers. The business possessed the name Oma as it meant glow or Beauty in the Igbo tribe and was derived from the founder’s traditional name. This was a tribute to the founder as she always wanted her name to be household.
In 2018 the business introduced the whipping and infusing manufacturing methods to generate body butters. This product had better feedback than the initial product Its infusion with carrier oils, created additional benefits which was appreciated by customers. The business expanded as we sold to friends and family, as well as referrals from them.
In 2020, Roxanne’s Essentials was established. The founders wish was still maintained as Roxanne means dawn or radiant in Greek.
